Q. Does the building have to come with Solar power ?

A. No. Blue Planet Buildings offer a range of choices, the building can be constructed to your specification, and therefore, a Flat Pack version can be supplied with or without the solar options.

Q. Can we choose the colour of the building?

A. Yes. “It’s all about choice” you can choose your colour, you can add branding.... Blue Planet Buildings have been designed for the customer to have maximum choice in all areas.

Q. How many windows and doors can we specify?

A. The choice is yours. The panels have been designed to be inter-changeable, offering not only the upfront design specification, but the ability to retrofit and update the building in the future.

Q. What would be our payment Terms?

A. Due to the demand for the product, a 50% deposit is required on order with approved clients obtaining 30 days credit on the remaining 50%, otherwise payment is expected on delivery. To selected clients a rental agreement can be obtained with min periods of 2 years a standard requirement.

Q. What power generation will I get from the roof being in solar?

A. Power generation is different in different areas. The roof is rated at 1.6 KW/H and on a sunny day you would expect to generate between 10-13KW. More energy than is normally required for a 6 x 3 metre area.

Q. Does each unit need to be connected to the grid ?

A. No, Blue Planet Buildings offers stand alone versions with generator backup if required. The choice is yours to specify.

Q. Can we link buildings to form a larger area ?

A. Yes, Blue Planet Buildings have incorporated into the design a fully watertight, connectable system. The buildings are rated to be stackable 2 levels high in their own frame, without costly structural steel. Walls can be taken out to effectively gain an open plan situation, or partitioning can be incorporated to privatise required areas .

Q. What are the standard size of cabins ?

A. Blue Planet Buildings have as standard sizes: 6 X 3, 9 x 3 or 12 x 3 metre Cabin design.

Q. Do you have ablution blocks available in all sizes ?

A. Yes, Blue Planet Buildings have a range of ablution blocks available, call for an in-depth inquiry of your specifications.
