Blue Planet Buildings has designed the product features to enhance and in most cases solve complex shortfalls of other demountable or temporary buildings. The design has focused on ease of assembly from a flat pack design with little or no skilled labour required. The ability to level the building in areas where ground preparation is difficult was key to the design of the six independent and adjustable legs.

Central to the product’s development is the generation of self contained power through solar panels. Couple this with the fact that the client can tailor the building to suit their needs. How much power, how many windows and doors, plumbing options and the overall set up of the building are all flexible. This revolutionary step in modular buildings can be assembled in multi level and supported within its own frame, eliminating the need for costly individual frames to support this type of construction.

• All “technology” in the product is tried and tested.
• The building is able to operate in all weather and temperature conditions.
• The building’s exterior is coated in a skin of the latest solar energy product, delivering up to 4.8kW Peak Power depending on the configuration required to meet the needs of the occupants.
• Each module wall panel is composed of layers of metal alloy and composite insulation board. Pre-installed options include water and electrical pipes, channels and wiring to specification.
• The wall panels lock together automatically connecting power and water supplies.
• The building sits in its own metal frame - no concrete slab or brick piers are necessary.
• Six independent adjustable feet make pure plum leveling a breeze.
• Flat packed and shippable in a container configuration, six units fit economically into one container space.
• No requirement for tradesmen on site, one unit from flat pack state can be assembled in 45 minutes by two non-skilled labourers.
• No need for the cost of a crane as the flat pack can be lifted with a forklift. Units can be disassembled and reassembled on other sites.
• Units can be fully constructed off site at our factory and delivered direct to site, the choice is yours.

• Plug in water/plumbing, you can specify sinks, showers and toilets.
